Tuning Up is available in half-day and full day formats for professional development training. It can be applied at all levels of experience, delivering greatest value and management and leadership levels.
The courses cover an introduction to Tuning Up, its provenance and principles. Workshopping the definitions of responsibility and control in work and life and the how these apply to The Meikle Matrix.
Courses are engaging, highly interactive and collaborative. They can be held on or off-site and while they have been successfully held virtually, they are best delivered face-to-face.
The courses are complemented with personal diagnostic through which delegates are guided, and a copy of Tuning Up.
