Tuning Up is available as a seminar/presentation, or training course for marketers and agencies, or as an onboarding or ways-of-working workshop for clients and agencies together.
In Tuning Up training courses, Delegates will explore the nature of responsibility and control in their work and life, how they operate in the Meikle Matrix, and how to improve their performance either as individuals or as teams – and at the same time reduce their stress.
The course is available in half-day and full-day formats and is accessible at all levels of experience. Courses are heavily participatory requiring discussion and engagement in exercises and can be held on-site, off-site or online.
Onboarding and ways-of-working workshops use the principals of Tuning Up and the Meikle Matrix but can be adapted according to clients’ specific needs.
